Rural AIDS Services Program provides case management for HIV positive individuals in Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, and Williamson counties. Case Management also includes transportation to medical and dental appointments, financial assistance for housing, utilities, food, prescriptions, physician visits, and radiology services.

The Wright House Wellness Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C Disease Management and Disease Prevention programs to people living in the Austin Transitional Grant Area (TGA) - Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties. Services are provided at either no- or low-cost and eligibility is determined by service. No one is refused services due to inability to pay.

The largest fundraiser in central Texas for HIV/AIDS services. An annual family-friendly and festive bike ride through the beautiful hill country, the Ride raises funds that are given directly to ten local nonprofits who help those in our community affected by HIV/AIDS.
