Four college friends and an adorable Great Dane return to Lost Creek Junction after a year away. Their visit is prompted by an invitation from Rachael, the new owner of the haunted Blackburn house. Rachael struggles to manage the mysterious forces within the house, and the situation intensifies once the friends arrive. Curses, spells, skeletons, and ghosts complicate matters, challenging the group of friends to unravel the mysteries hidden within the old mansion on the hill overlooking Lost Creek Junction.
