In the not so distant future, the United States moves into a dark era where only straight, white, evangelical extremist males have rights. Women lost reproductive rights and the right to vote in 2022 and 2028, respectively. Transgenders and drag queens were hunted down and slaughtered in the streets for sport. Cable and internet have been outlawed. The one TV station and one radio station are government owned and controlled. They burned libraries to the ground and owning a book is a felony. People of color were wiped out before 2029. Gays, lesbians and bi’s were rounded up and detained in converted military owned camps. Teachers, lawyers, writers, authors, reporters and artists are on the run from the government. The democratic experiment has come to an end, the US of A is now a tightly run theocracy. A government feared by the world for its instability and insane rationale.
