In the picturesque Colorado town of Cedar Falls, Christmas is the most magical time of the year, filled with twinkling lights and heartfelt traditions. When Oliver, a meticulous city planner from New York City, returns home for the holidays after many years away, he feels a wave of nostalgia. Still, he is also haunted by unresolved issues from his past. Back in his childhood home, he meets Jansen, a passionate local artist who runs the town’s holiday market.
